This is one of the best hotels in terms of service I stayed at. First of all the concierge is amazing you would rarely find such concierge service. They are polite, humble, professional, resourceful, very helpful, very punctual, knowledgeable. Front office and check in, again high degree of professionalism in handling your arrival smiling faces, very efficient, fast check in. We're checking out tomorrow and they kindly also extended our room by few hours. The entire Bell team are very supportive very helpful and most importantly always smiling. We did not have a dinner at the hotel but breakfast is good but nothing fancy. I always set Four Seasons Hotel as the benchmark of high quality service, this hotel in terms of its service can definitely compete with the best of the best. Thanks to entire team of the hotel.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The housekeeping staff was like a hive of bees. They kept our room in tip-top shape, even when I tried to give them a break and told them that they could skip us for a day. Also, they kept us plied with coffee, which was a delight for me. The restaurant, the Maui Brewing Company, was superb. There was an entrance directly from the hotel, and they supplied us with a discount card to sweeten the choice. The location is in the heart of Waikiki. It would be impossible not to love the positioning, as one is right in the heart of the city.

Doté d’une piscine extérieure et d’un bain à remous, le Waikiki Malia se trouve à 5 minutes de marche des boutiques de luxe sur Kalakaua Avenue. All the staff were very helpful. Before Waikiki Malia, we were having troubles at the hotel we were originally staying. After moving to Waikiki Malia, all staffs made our stay better.

L accueil , la gentillesse du personnel et une grande patience avec mon peu d anglais opérationnel avec le jet lag de l arrivée avec 5 heures de retard . L hôtel est à 100 m de la plage. Des serviettes de bains sont disponible juste les tongs à mettre pour aller nager. Plage animée. Trolley et bus pour visiter .

Installé en face du centre commercial haut de gamme Luxury Row, l’Oasis Hotel Waikiki vous accueille à 2 minutes à pied du Royal Hawaiian Center et à 5 minutes de marche de la plage de Waikiki. Thanks to the staff and their tips and suggestions we had a wonderful stay in Honolulu. We loved how welcoming everyone was. The area was quite by night and we had a nice view to the park behind the hotel. Next to the hotel is the main shopping street and the breakfast was the perfect start into the day. We used the bus to get to the airport and could take it right next from the hotel. My family and I hope to be back soon. The rooms got cleaned daily.
